PERSONAL REFLECTION
We all have things that at times we like or don’t like about ourselves, and which we would rather not show. Henceforth, in my classes no one need show anything that they do not want to show, as this is part of our self-respect and harmony. Therefore, my invitation is that we work together so that we can improve both the things that we like and don’t like about ourselves, and there is no need to discuss any of these likes or dislike, but with ones own energy and effort we can perhaps change things.
